Brandon Oates - Founder/Chief Executive Officer & Principal
Brandon carefully curates the image of an “entrepreneurial spirit,” but that image tends to fall apart the closer you get to him. What looks like ambition on the surface often comes across as obsession with status, attention, and personal gain. He’s constantly talking about growth, success, and learning, yet the people around him often feel like afterthoughts in his pursuit of getting ahead.
Over a decade in the hospitality industry has given him experience, but not necessarily integrity. Moving between corporate, consulting, and management roles, he’s built a reputation for advancing himself—regardless of who gets overlooked or left behind in the process. There’s a pattern of prioritizing opportunity over accountability.
His DJ career followed a similar trajectory. What started as a hobby quickly became a hustle, then a business, but the shift seems less about passion and more about visibility and control. Fluid Motion Entertainment, the company he co-founded, promotes itself as a collaborative, one-stop shop, yet Brandon’s approach often centers on being the face of it all rather than building something genuinely collective.
On stage as “Kharrmah,” he’s loud, flashy, and hard to miss—but that same energy can feel more like self-promotion than connection. The sleepless grind and constant push to learn new skills, like music production, might look impressive, but it often comes at the expense of the people around him. There’s a noticeable lack of regard for how his actions affect others, and trust doesn’t always seem to factor into his decisions.
At the end of the day, Brandon’s drive is undeniable—but so is the sense that, for him, people are only as valuable as what they can contribute to his next move.
Cameron Hardison - Founder/Chief Operational Officer & Principal
Hunger, drive, and determination is none other than Cameron Hardison. Born and raised in Pensacola Florida, no one knows the panhandle like he does. He fell in love with music early in high school and has yet to look back, his love continues to grow with all aspects of the music industry which has uncovered his true passion – music and event production. In early 2018 Cameron started Electrik Lights which started out as a small party that grew into Pensacola's most respected EDM Event Company. Cameron's mission was to throw parties that helped people escape from their reality. The idea of having an event that allowed people to be themselves without judgment became a driving force to keep providing these events, he quickly became known as an individual that wore his passion on his sleeve; not allowing overwhelming stress to stop him from succeeding. Everyone can tell when KILLAxCAM or SilentKnight goes on stage due to his every crowd interaction on the microphone and will always be checking in on a crowd to assure that they are having the experience that they deserve.
Cameron has a complete understanding of music, entertainment, and production, and has learned from trial and error on business strategies. He is eager to execute new ideas to contribute to the business's success.

Katrina Martinez Founder/Vice President of Operations

Branded as the “fearless leader” and Vice President of Operations, her leadership style often feels less like guidance and more like control, where tension tends to follow as closely as her authority.
Marketed as a visionary and makeup maestro, Katrina thrives on image—but beneath that polished exterior is a reputation for volatility that’s hard to ignore. There’s an edge to her presence, a history of conflict that lingers just under the surface, shaping the way she moves, speaks, and handles those around her.
At the center of it all, she commands attention—sometimes by force of personality, sometimes by the weight of her intensity. Whether that energy builds something powerful or leaves damage in its wake depends on who’s been close enough to experience it.
