Brandon Oates - Founder/Chief Executive Officer & Principal
An entrepreneurial spirit is a true testament to who Brandon is. He is mostly known as an individual that is constantly reading, researching, and craving success with unmatched energy. For Over 10 years, he has been lighting up rooms in the hospitality industry, holding positions varying from corporate, consulting, and management. He has a true passion for music and took up DJing at first as a side hobby that quickly grew into a side hustle that then grew into a business venture. He created Fluid Motion Entertainment with his best friend with the mission of creating a one-stop-shop company for small events. The company also became well known for its House music shows, along with his fun and energetic stage presence. Brandon is also known for his sleepless drive and mindset for learning new things. He is now working on becoming a music producer to create the rhythm that lives inside his brain. He goes by Kharrmah on stage and can't be missed due to his flagrant hats.
Brandon has a solid understanding of Business Operations as a whole and is mentally organized to assess, create and execute practical strategies for any business. He was born to be an entrepreneur and will only be encouraged by tangible success in entrepreneurship.

Cameron Hardison - Founder/Chief Operational Officer & Principal
Hunger, drive, and determination is none other than Cameron Hardison. Born and raised in Pensacola Florida, no one knows the panhandle like he does. He fell in love with music early in high school and has yet to look back, his love continues to grow with all aspects of the music industry which has uncovered his true passion – music and event production. In early 2018 Cameron started Electrik Lights which started out as a small party that grew into Pensacola's most respected EDM Event Company. Cameron's mission was to throw parties that helped people escape from their reality. The idea of having an event that allowed people to be themselves without judgment became a driving force to keep providing these events, he quickly became known as an individual that wore his passion on his sleeve; not allowing overwhelming stress to stop him from succeeding. Everyone can tell when KILLAxCAM or SilentKnight goes on stage due to his every crowd interaction on the microphone and will always be checking in on a crowd to assure that they are having the experience that they deserve.
Cameron has a complete understanding of music, entertainment, and production, and has learned from trial and error on business strategies. He is eager to execute new ideas to contribute to the business's success.

Purdue graduate with 4 years of Business Management that includes Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Customer Relations and Training. 15 years of bar and restaurant management experience and a 10 year Make-up Artist with a passion for perfection!
Her creative prowess and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for an entertainment company that transcends boundaries and sets new standards.
